Depron insulation kit

Depron is one of the most efficient insulation materials available. 6 mm of Depron provides the same level of insulation as 24 mm of pine, a 100 mm brick wall or a 360 mm concrete slab! This makes it an ideal insulation material for all floors.

Insulation that saves energy

Due to the special cell structure of the board heat transmission is minimised. If Depron is laid in the floor, heat will efficiently be reflected back to the surface. Since the reflected heat is utilized in an efficient way, the energy consumption of the floor heating system can be reduced.

Efficient protection against coldness and moisture

Depron is not only energy saving, it is also an efficient protection against both coldness and moisture. The material is resistant to concrete, gypsum and most alkali materials but cannot withstand organic solvents. Depron is water resistant it is unaffected by mould and will not rot. Furthermore, Depron has good sound deadening properties which makes the floor quieter to walk on.
