Thermotube Tubular Heater

Thermo-tubes are used to supplement existing domestic or commercial heating systems, offering an economical source of additional heat. Thermo-tubes made from steel need an internal thermal cut-out device to prevent overheating, however thermo-tubes made from aluminium do not need this type of element due to aluminium casing releasing the heat generated more readily and heating the area quicker, thus being more energy efficient when used in conjunction with a plug in thermostat!

The Thermo-tube is made from Aluminium, used as a heat source or frost protection & to prevent condensation

Please note: The surface temperatures of the tubular heaters exceed >60C!We would always advise customers to purchase a tubular heater guard (see related products) if the heater is to be used in a confined space or where they are required in close contact with people / animals or for areas close to clothing such as wardrobes and small cupboards!
